In order to promote the long-term and steady development of the enterprise, in 2003, Shunxing Food Company set up a high-quality technical research team composed of talents from the mainland and Hong Kong, and set up a special technology research and development department to undertake a number of technical and technological research tasks of the company. "The frozen fresh products exported by the company maintain the original flavor of fresh products after thawing, which enables us to maintain a strong market competitive advantage in poultry breed improvement, breeding and deep processing of poultry meat."


Jiang Poli said that the Tang Shunxing production base has effectively guaranteed a strong production capacity by introducing advanced modern production equipment from Germany, Japan and the United States. The processing base also has an advanced experimental testing room, with special detection capabilities for harmful microorganisms and heavy metals in food. "Relying on advanced testing equipment and professional teams, Shunxing Food has not had a single unqualified food in the 'bird flu' storm over the years."
