Four container trucks depart from Huizhou every day, carrying chilled poultry, roasted semi-finished products and cooked Prefabricated dishes. The journey takes three hours via the Shenzhen-Hong Kong land border and arrives at Hong Kong directly, and in less than 12 hours, the freshly prepared meat and poultry products will be delivered to nearly 1,000 merchants and eateries in Hong Kong.
