Shen Ning, the store's marketing manager, said that sales of prepared dishes accounted for more than 50 percent of the store and were rising, which was closely related to the fast-paced life of Hong Kong people.



In 2022, Tang Shunxing achieved a total annual sales of about 15,000 tons of prepared food products, with sales of 310 million yuan, an increase of 45.9%, and Hong Kong became the main consumption market for its prepared food products. Tang Shunhing also introduced the global frozen meat wholesale and processing business to Hong Kong, using a number of processing plants such as frozen meat and cooked food to launch more deep-processed poultry products and prepared dishes, and the next step is to open the Southeast Asian prepared vegetable market with roasted meat prepared dishes, so that overseas Chinese can eat authentic Hong Kong-style roasted meat.
