Working together to build the "Bay Area Standard", TONG SHUN XING appeared at the 2023 AgriPro and Tech Asia Expo
On December 9, the "AgriPro and Tech Asia Expo & the First Greater Bay Area Prepared Dishes Pavilion in Hong Kong" was successfully concluded at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre in Wan Chai, China. The exhibition was guided by the HongKong Tourism Board, organized by the Hong Kong Food Safety Exchange Association of China and Brilliant Vertical Exhibition, and attended by a number of Hong Kong and mainland industry enterprises including TANG SHUN XING prepared dishes and industry related enterprises.
The symposium on Bay Area Standards in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area was chaired by Academician Yang Zuhui, expert consultant of Hong Kong Food Safety Exchange Association of China. Li Peizhong, full-time Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of individual private enterprises of Guangdong Provincial Market Supervision Administration, Zheng Wentao, Director of Standardization Department of Guangdong Provincial Market Supervision Administration, Liu Yongzhao, Deputy Director of Standardization Department of Guangdong Provincial Market Supervision Administration and other 9 people attended the scene. The symposium focused on topics such as how to build an agricultural power, promote the high-quality development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(GBA), and explore, formulate and apply "Bay Area standards" in the face of changes in society and consumers' dietary needs in the future.

Zhang Dingkang, president of Guangdong Standardization Institute, said that under the guidance of the national major strategy and development outline of the "Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area", the formulation of "Bay Area standards" can further strengthen the needs of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao tripartite trade and deepen standardization activities between the mainland and Hong Kong and Macao.President Xi Jinping said that "The world needs the coordinated development of standards, and standards promote the interconnection of the world", to promote the common development of policies, rules and standards, it is necessary to formulate industry norms and standards that meet China's national conditions and meet the needs of the international market, so as to achieve win-win cooperation in standardization in the GBA.

Tang Zhenfeng, general manager of TANG SHUN XING POULTRY (HK) Co., LTD., said that TONG SHUN HING has supplied Hong Kong for 30 years, experienced the industrial transfer from Hong Kong local farming to mainland farming, and in the time when there is no "Bay Area standard", referred to the international European Union standards, supplemented by domestic customs standards, and adopted the highest standards to implement the relevant work.At the same time, Mr. Tang Zhenfeng put forward three aspects of opinions in the formulation and revision of the "Bay Area standard" : first, the standard can be landed, the second is that the standard can be implemented, and the third is that it needs to be results-oriented, and enterprises and relevant departments can not empty the standard without implementing it.In the future, we should pay attention to the complementarity of the existing "Bay Area standards", check the gaps and make up for the shortcomings, and hope to actively participate in the construction of standards.
