As reported by Hong Kong Wen Wei Po (reporter Cai Jingwen), large chain restaurants and small to medium-sized food establishments have substantial daily demand for poultry meat. Tang Shun Xing is Hong Kong's leading frozen poultry supplier.its maneger diretor Tang Zhenfeng state that Tang Shun Xing has evolved into a fully integrated enterprise covering poultry farming, processing, cold chain logistics, and product sales. The recent surge in demand for pre-cooked Food in mainland China, has leveraged its extensive experience in this area. Notably, it recently exported its squab pre-cooked Food to Thailand, marking a strategic move to tap into overseas markets.

To meet international market demands, Tang Shun Xing has established a production base in Henan Province. Mr. Tang Zhenfeng, the company's Managing Director, highlights that their products are sold in both Hong Kong and mainland China, with several large supermarket chains in the mainland sourcing from them as well.

In terms of production, Tang Shun Xing operates three industrial parks occupying around 150,000 square meters, with an expected annual processing capacity exceeding 241,000 tons of poultry products. The company also owns four breeding bases and 26 customs-registered export breeding sites, projected to achieve an annual output of over 115 million.

To ensure food safety, Tang Shun Xing operates a poultry distribution center at the Yuen Long Cold Chain Logistics Park, serving clients across 18 districts directly with a fleet of nearly 40 refrigerated trucks, handling a daily turnover of 216 tons. Their poultry products are supplied not only to major local chain stores but also to numerous small and medium-sized eateries. To enhance convenience for these smaller businesses, the company has developed a proprietary mobile app for ordering, which is expected to be operational in the second half of the year.
